Indoor pools near me — St. Petersburg, FL

What affects the price

Remodeling costs depend on the scope of the project. Simply resurfacing your pool is significantly cheaper than a full overhaul that includes changing the layout, adding features like a spa, or installing new tile and coping. The materials you choose—such as standard plaster versus high-end aggregate finishes—also shift the total. Additionally, the current condition of your plumbing and pool equipment plays a big role; updating old systems adds to the labor and parts required. Every backyard has unique access challenges that can influence the final bill. Exact pricing confirmed free on the call.

About this service

Indoor pools are climate-controlled aquatic facilities that remain open regardless of the weather outside. You typically find these at community recreation centers, athletic clubs, or private swim schools. They are best for year-round lap swimming or structured water aerobics classes, especially during colder months. Because they are enclosed, they stay cleaner than outdoor options and allow you to keep up with your fitness routine consistently throughout the winter without worrying about temperature drops or heavy rain.

Remodeling during the summer is possible, though it means you will be out of the water while the work is underway. If you are already planning a long vacation or have alternative swimming options, this is a fine time to handle equipment upgrades or aesthetic fixes that you missed earlier in the year.
